Cover Shoots: Diverse as the Books

For motivation to finish a manuscript, it's fun to create an image of a book cover to go with your story. But for someone serious about putting together art for a novel, finding just the right photo and adding the text can be tough.

Click on the following link to see a video of a photo session for a Viking novel. They spritzed the male model's hair to make it look, well, rather messy and the author did get to attend. I think she enjoyed it—judging by her smile.

Very cool post and links Liz. I've 'known' Michelle Willingham since before she got her first contract and her books are superb! Getting to watch a cover model shoot for one of her books is awesome.
